Each piece from The Stitching Hour is handmade with care, magic, and intention—crafted just for you. Because of the custom nature of our apparel and the heart behind every stitch, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there has been an error on our part.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Change of heart

• Wear and tear after delivery

Please read all product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering. If you have questions before purchase, we’re happy to help guide you—just reach out via our contact page. 

Our Promise

If your order arrives with a mistake (wrong item, wrong size sent, or a clear defect), please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include a photo. If the error is ours, we’ll make it right—whether that means a remake, a refund, or a replacement spell.

Digital Products

All digital downloads from Whimsy Pixie Designs are final sale. Because files are delivered instantly, we cannot offer refunds. If you’re having trouble accessing or using a file, please contact us—we’re happy to help troubleshoot!
