All items from The Stitching Hour (handmade apparel) are made with love and care in a cozy little studio. Please allow XX business days for your order to be sewn, packaged, and sent on its way.
For ready-to-ship items, processing time is 2–4 business days.
Digital products from Whimsy Pixie Designs are delivered instantly via email and are available for download immediately after purchase.
✨ Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a parcel leaves our hands and enters the care of the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays or lost packages. That said, we’re always here to help you investigate and will do our best to assist with any hiccups.
